Remember the dinosauroids? ( [link] )

Over the past month I worked extensively on their culture, and imagined how their troglodyte art might look like on the walls of the Miocene. In this complex arts project I'm trying to find links between our evolution and our art, fossils and spontaneous painting, all the while running around naked, pretending I'm a theropod.

Dinosaurian cave art, what a fascinating idea. I wonder what could develop from this...dinosaur hieroglyphs? Sculptures? Frescos? A dinosaurian Renaissance? Neo-cubism? Who knows...

Very nicely done! Kind of reminds me of some drawings of Leonora Carrington. Anyway, this is great .

I've heard of various concepts like dinosauroids, but I've never heard of anyone trying to imagine their culture, that's mind-blowing
The style of these pieces of artwork is awesome as well, and very believable!

you have very original concepts and designs.
maybe you should check out the BBC documentary "How art changed the World".
it explains man's pereception of art, perfection, how art changed through time, how art started etc.
interesting stuff.

Once again this is something I love. The cave art of them is good and I love the concept for the creature itself. I can see how one would evolve to look more human but your idea does biologically make more sence. I mean it's ancestors already had at least partially stereoscopic vision and had grasping hands that were used to manipulate there prey and potentially there surroundings. There bodies were already adapted to manipulate the world around them all they needed to do was develope the mental capacity to do it. Anyway Greats stuff. I'd love to see what a slightly more avanced culture of there's would look like.
